BomjoPay is a technology company. We are not a bank, and we do not hold a banking license. We provide a software platform that allows users to hold multi-currency wallet balances and move money, with the underlying regulated financial services, including funds custody, currency conversion, and payment processing, provided by our licensed banking and payment partners. Your use of certain features may be subject to the additional terms of those partners.

BomjoPay allows you to hold and transact in multiple currencies. Supported currencies and available features may change over time as we expand our services. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to supported currencies or corridors.
Fees applicable to transactions, currency conversion, and other services will be disclosed to you at the time of the transaction or in a published fee schedule. We reserve the right to update fees, with notice provided in accordance with applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BomjoPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or as required by law or our partner institutions. You may close your account at any time, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions.
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with the Service are the property of BomjoPay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
