1. How to Raise a Concern

If something about your BomjoPay experience isn't right, whether it's a transaction issue, an account problem, or a concern about how we've handled something, we want to hear about it. Reach out to our support team with a clear description of the issue, including any relevant transaction reference, and we'll take it from there.

2. What Happens Next

Once we receive your complaint, our support team reviews it and looks into what happened. For issues involving our licensed banking or payment partners, we may need to coordinate with them as part of the investigation. We aim to keep you updated and resolve issues as promptly as possible, and we'll let you know if we need more information from you along the way.

3. Escalation

If you're not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, let us know and ask for it to be escalated for a further review. Where a complaint involves a regulated financial service provided by one of our licensed partners, you may also have the right to raise it directly with that partner or with the relevant regulatory or ombudsman body in your jurisdiction.

4. Contact

You can reach our support team at support@bomjopay.com, or through the details on our Contact Us page.
